Renovated in 2018 to include a fully furnished chef’s kitchen and outdoor covered patio with full kitchen, Three Palms is a two story, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath villa that sleeps up to 8 guests. Each bedroom includes a walk-in closet and private full bath.
Upon entering this beautiful home you are greeted with high ceilings and 4 sets of French doors along the back of the home looking out to the water. The first floor master bedroom also opens onto the terrace with its own set of French doors. The large and comfortable TV room includes surround sound theater audio with WiFi and Netflix.
This fenced and gated property includes a new heated pool and spa, 100 foot dock with power and water hookup.
